WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We seek a **Level 2 Support Technician (Advanced English)** to join our support team in resolving workplace-related incidents and requests. **Main Responsibilities:** * Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint. * Proficient use of collaboration tools: Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, among others. * Ability to configure meeting rooms for clients (primarily using Logitech technology). * Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP. * Experience with Active Directory: + Account creation + Password resets + Account deactivation * Hardware support for VVIP/VIP users: + Laptops and desktop computers + Printers and scanners + VoIP phones + Mobile devices + Meeting room equipment WHAT DO YOU NEED? **User Support and Customer Service** * Ability to deliver remote and on-site support with a high level of customer satisfaction. * Full-time on-site work in Barcelona. \*\*\*100% on-site availability required\*\*\* * Fluent English (spoken and written). * Clear and empathetic communication (oral and written) with VVIP/VIP users. * Ability to manage incidents requiring physical intervention (repairs, configurations, replacements). * Skill in prioritizing multiple requests: phone calls, Teams messages, and on-site assistance. * Minimum 3 years of experience in L1 support. * Incident and request management: + Proper ticket opening, resolution, and documentation * Knowledge of the ITIL framework. * ServiceNow proficiency is a plus.
