Job Summary: We are looking for a Store Supervisor with leadership, energy, and control to coordinate the team and ensure a consistent, outstanding brand experience at our chocolate ice cream atelier. We are building the team that will bring this experience to life from day one. **STORE SUPERVISOR** – Store Management (40 hours/week) We seek a person who will lead the key afternoon/night shift with judgment, energy, and control. This role is pivotal: coordinating the team, sustaining the store’s rhythm, and ensuring the Tèmpera experience is delivered consistently and excellently. Responsibilities: * Full management of the afternoon/night shift * Coordination, support, and motivation of the team * Proactive customer service and resolution of incidents * Cash handling and closing procedures * Supervision of service standards, store organization, and restocking * Monitoring of commercial objectives What We Expect: * Experience in gastronomic retail or hospitality * Natural leadership and clear communication * Decision-making ability and autonomy * Organization and results orientation * Sensitivity to detail and brand experience Conditions: * Full-time position – 40 hours/week * Afternoon and night shifts * Sales target bonus * Location: Barcelona – La Esquerra de l’Eixample * Start date: April 2026 If you enjoy leading teams and believe service can also be art, we want to meet you.
