Join our **Education Team** and help us achieve an **important challenge**. **Where will you work?** In Barcelona. **What type of contract do we offer?** Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract. Initial **onboarding** is immediate, until 31/12/2027, full-time.* Wednesdays and Fridays: 08:30–14:00 and 14:30–16:30 (remote work). * Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays: 09:00–14:00 and 14:30–17:00 (in-person). ### **What will be your functions and responsibilities?** * Pedagogical support through analysis of educational projects and programs developed by entities wishing to join the Education and City Network. * Support for vulnerable cultural entities and educational centers; coordination with the Education Consortium and Education focal points regarding allocation of fee waivers. Data systematization, report and documentation preparation. * Organization of activities, events, meetings, trainings, visits, plenaries, working groups, and public events of the Education and City Network (e.g., speaker and venue sourcing, registration management, report drafting, etc.). * Identification of needs of cultural-educational facilities and design of trainings for the Education and City Network. ### **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or Education. * Excellent written and spoken Catalan and Spanish (C1 level). * Experience managing educational, cultural, or social projects. * Training in pedagogical innovation, gender perspective, and inclusion will be valued.
