




At **Slash Mobility**, we are looking for a **Functional Consultant specialized in Finance and Microsoft ERP**, to lead the implementation, support, and optimization of financial processes in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance \& Operations / Business Central)**. The selected candidate will be responsible for **translating business requirements into robust functional solutions**, aligned with accounting and financial best practices, and for guiding our clients through their digital transformation. **Responsibilities** * Analyze and understand business requirements in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Fixed Assets, and Accounts Payable/Receivable. * Configure and set up financial modules in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Business Central**. * Define and document *As\-Is* processes and design *To\-Be* workflows together with stakeholders. * Facilitate **functional workshops** with key users. * Support functional testing (UAT), user training, and post go\-live support. * Collaborate with the technical team to ensure correct integrations and customizations. * Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in financial processes by leveraging ERP capabilities. **Requirements** * \+3 years of experience as a **Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations (D365 F\&O) or Business Central (BC)**. * Experience in **ERP implementations or roll\-outs** within financial modules. * Solid knowledge of financial processes: **General Ledger, AR/AP, Cash \& Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Reporting, Consolidation**. * Experience creating functional documentation (BPM, BRD, User Stories). * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** for data analysis. * Desired: certifications in **Dynamics 365 Finance** or **Business Central**. * Excellent **communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills**. **What we offer** Opportunity to participate in digital transformation projects for top-tier clients.
