We are Revlon, together, transforming beauty. **This role is an Onsite Role:** This role requires full\-time presence in office. **Overview:** **The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor, under the supervision of the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, is responsible for managing the area’s human and technical resources across all warehouse functions, ensuring proper receipt, storage, preparation, factory servicing, and dispatch of materials and finished goods. Their mission is to establish and ensure the processes, parameters, and conditions necessary to guarantee the required service level, quality, safety, and operational efficiency for the plant.** **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and promote initial training and proper integration of new area staff. * Assign shift personnel across various areas (receiving, storage, picking, shipping), considering workload, shifts, vacations, and cross-functionality level. * Drive team professional development, encouraging cross-functionality and technical training for operators and coordinators. * Conduct initial performance assessments and periodic evaluations of personnel under supervision. * Ensure compliance with company standards regarding quality, GMP, industrial safety, and occupational health and safety (PRL). * Promote team participation in continuous improvement proposals and monitor their implementation. * Communicate departmental goals, results, and priorities periodically, ensuring effective vertical and horizontal communication. **OPERATIONS AND ORGANIZATION:** * Respond to signals from the Order Fulfillment area, set priorities, and organize and supervise all receiving, location, storage, order picking, and shipping operations, ensuring adherence to the logistics plan. * Ensure proper coordination with Production, Planning, Quality, Procurement, and Transportation to guarantee optimal material and product flow for service delivery. * Identify bottlenecks, overloads, or operational inefficiencies and propose solutions. * Monitor departmental service, productivity, and cost indicators, detect deviations, and implement corrective actions. * Guarantee compliance with quality, traceability, GMP, PRL, and internal company regulatory requirements. **FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT SUPERVISION:** * Promote and ensure warehouse order and cleanliness during the shift. * Supervise correct use and operation of logistics facilities and equipment (forklifts, shelving, loading docks, material handling systems), ensuring compliance with safety regulations. * Define and ensure execution of machine condition checks at the start of each shift. * Coordinate with the maintenance department for equipment and facility repairs, improvements, and inspections. * Identify deficiencies in infrastructure or processes and propose improvements. * **INVENTORY AND STOCK CONTROL:** + Define inventory and stock processes—from material receipt to finished goods dispatch—with the Inventory and Stock Coordinator, ensuring inventory accuracy, traceability, and stock control. + Ensure correct recording and adherence to stock and inventory procedures. + Guarantee personnel have the necessary information, training, and documentation to properly execute procedures. + Collaborate on implementing new logistics flows, systems, or operational improvements. **DEPARTMENTAL GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES** + Ensure proper management and control of all processes. + Develop, update, and ensure compliance with departmental standardized work procedures. + Promote reduction of logistics incidents, picking errors, and losses by implementing continuous improvement actions. Education * Technical or university degree in Engineering or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) (Industrial, Logistics, or related field). * Postgraduate studies and/or Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is desirable. * Advanced SAP knowledge is highly valued. * Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Lean Logistics, continuous improvement, and team management is desirable. Experience * Minimum five (5) years’ prior experience as Warehouse Manager or Warehouse and/or Logistics Operations Supervisor.
