Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Worker for a residential center in Bellvís, responsible for admission support, social reports, resource management, and resident follow-up. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive care and follow-up for residents at the residential center 2. Resource management and resolution of social problems 3. Counseling and support for families throughout the process Vacancy for a **Social Worker** at a residential center belonging to a major corporate group located in Bellvís, with the following main responsibilities: * Support the admission process and prepare the social history and social file for each resident. * Carry out administrative tasks and prepare social reports for residents, as well as any reports requested by the center’s management. Provide information on internal and external resources and assess each resident’s personal, family, and social situation. * Participate in PIAI (Individualized Action Plan). * Perform necessary procedures to resolve social issues affecting residents, primarily in coordination with external entities and institutions. * Participate in room and dining table assignments and reassignments. * Conduct follow-up activities and, where required, carry out visits to residents hospitalized in healthcare facilities. * Inform, guide, counsel, and support families throughout the social care process for the resident at the center. * Engage in commercial outreach to attract future clients. A permanent contract is offered. * Working hours: **9:00–14:00** and **15:00–18:00**, Monday to Friday. * Monthly gross salary: €1,698 (12 payments per year) Job stability.
