Professional development in the industrial field You will join the production department of an industrial-sector company located in El Pla de Santa Maria. Your primary responsibility is to actively participate in daily manufacturing line operations, ensuring adherence to established processes and contributing to productive flow. The work environment is dynamic and requires constant adaptability, with emphasis on quality and safety. Responsibilities include operating equipment and machinery according to technical specifications and safety protocols. Periodic quality checks are conducted to verify product quality, identify deviations, and report them accordingly. You will also prepare and maintain your work area in an orderly manner, ensuring tools and materials are readily available. Continuous improvement initiatives are valued, and you are encouraged to contribute ideas for process optimization. Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations as well as environmental regulations is essential. A collaborative atmosphere is fostered, where teamwork is critical.
