We are Revlon, together, transforming beauty. **This role is an Onsite Role:** This role requires full\-time presence in office. **Overview:** * The Warehouse/Distribution Processes Engineer’s primary responsibilities are: + Ensuring warehouse/distribution processes are executed on time, safely, with quality and cost-efficiency. + Standardizing and improving the effectiveness of logistics flows. + Monitoring and enhancing the effectiveness and quality of logistics processes. **Responsibilities:** * NEW PROJECTS. + Conduct technical feasibility studies and assess the impact of integrating new logistics flows into existing ones (capacity, quality, productivity, safety, etc.). + Inform the Warehouse/Transportation Manager about the need to adapt current flows to accommodate new projects. + Track required adaptations to procedures, layout, and work instructions to ensure timely execution and notify all involved parties of any incidents. + Evaluate all scenarios across different projects. + Participate during the initial weeks of project implementation. + Document and establish all procedures for each new project involving changes to logistics flows, specifying all parameters and conditions necessary to ensure optimal results. LOGISTICS PROCESSES STANDARDIZATION. + Ensure documentation of all logistics flows (procedures and PEQs) remains up to date throughout their lifecycle. + Train warehouse operators on any procedural changes, ensuring consistent work methodology and proper equipment operation. + Promote accurate recording of all procedural changes to ensure change quality and data integrity. + Monitor the effectiveness and quality of procedural changes and implement necessary training or equipment improvements to ensure successful outcomes. IMPROVEMENT OF PACKAGING EFFECTIVENESS AND QUALITY. + Analyze productivity of logistics tasks. + Study and propose improvement plans to enhance productivity. + Analyze warehouse/logistics incidents and propose process or equipment improvements to prevent recurrence. + Coordinate with all affected departments. + Track implementation of improvements and measure achievement of expected results post-implementation. + Collaborate with Quality/Safety/Warehouse departments. + Contribute to developing basic specifications for new facilities. + Conduct specific studies on processes or facilities (capacity, volume, effectiveness, etc.) as assigned or deemed necessary to drive production process improvements. In all activities, ensure and promote compliance with GMP, PRL, industrial safety, and all other applicable regulations.
