DESCRIPTION We need 2 CRA Operators for an important client in Barcelona: Responsibilities: * Monitoring of security systems, CCTV, alarms, and technological platforms. * Receiving, classifying, and logging incidents and events. * Initial analysis of alerts and technical validation of signals. * Escalating incidents according to established procedures. * Coordinating and communicating with client representatives, suppliers, security guards, and emergency services as required. * Document management, report preparation, and updating of operational records. * Tracking incidents until resolution. * Operational management of access control tools and security systems, without performing physical surveillance or identity verification functions. Salary: €1344/gross per month x 15 payments per year Contract: Permanent REQUIREMENTS * Education or experience in similar roles (remote incident or emergency response). * Availability for shifts from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday to Friday, and weekends, on a 12-hour schedule. * Immediate start.
