




We are looking for individuals holding a degree in Social Integration or a Bachelor's Degree in Social Education to fill a position at one of our residences in the Community of Madrid. We work with minors at risk of social exclusion, under the guardianship of the Community of Madrid. Availability for rotating night shifts from Monday to Sunday is required. **Immediate incorporation is required.** **Contract type: Indefinite-term contract.** **Full-time position:** **Week 1 working days: Mon, Fri, Sat, Sun** **Week 2 working days: Tue, Wed, Thu** Responsibilities: \-Assists in implementing the center’s educational program and individualized programs for minors or young people, under the supervision of the educator and in coordination with the rest of the educational team, performing auxiliary, complementary, and supportive tasks related to their work. \-Conducts observational duties and records shift-related incidents through the established reporting channels. \-Provides basic care and ensures the physical and psychological integration of minors and young people, alongside other center or program staff. \-Prepares and completes all documentation deemed appropriate according to responsibilities, and participates in developing specific projects based on minors’ needs and center or program activities. \-Meets minors’ basic needs at the residence and provides necessary accompaniment during the assigned shift.
