




Job Summary: We are seeking a temporary document manager in Barcelona to handle downloading, classifying, and organizing documents, as well as managing correspondence. Key Points: 1. Manages relevant documentation and digital/physical correspondence. 2. Requires experience in document management and bilingualism (Spanish/Catalan). 3. Full-time position with possibility of extension or indefinite contract. We are looking for a candidate for a temporary position in Barcelona responsible for downloading and managing all relevant documentation. Daily responsibilities include uploading files into internal applications, meticulously classifying and organizing documents, and managing correspondence in both digital and physical formats. Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in document management tasks is required. High proficiency—both spoken and written—and comprehension in Spanish and Catalan are essential. Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or a Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00, with a one-hour lunch break. The contract is temporary for two months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to an indefinite contract. Work will be conducted in a hybrid format, alternating occasionally between remote work and on-site work at the client’s location in the Gran Vía area of Barcelona.
