




Administrative/Administrative Officer for University Management at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) FUNCTIONS: - Perform administrative tasks related to the collection, search, organization, review and management of documents, as well as the processing of internal and external university procedures. - Attend to, inform about and respond to user inquiries and requests through multiple channels (in person, by telephone, electronically and via email) in Catalan, Spanish and English. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum qualification: Upper Secondary Education (Baccalaureate) and/or equivalent. - Catalan language proficiency certificate at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) (or higher). - Spanish language proficiency certificate equivalent to level C2 of the CEFR (or equivalent) (only required for non-Spanish nationals). EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE VALUABLE: - Experience in documentation and administrative procedure management using office software and ICT applications. - Experience in the higher education sector and/or research field. - Experience providing assistance and information to people. - Academic qualification higher than the minimum required. - Proficiency in ICT tools (word processors, spreadsheets), Google Apps environment and information search engines. - English language proficiency certificate at level B2.2 (CEFR). - Personal competencies: communication and relationship skills, critical thinking, intrapreneurship, collaboration and participation, self-awareness and emotional management, as well as ethics, integrity and commitment to UPF and public service.
