A construction company with extensive experience in the sector is looking to hire a First-Tier Mason to support after-sales management for developments recently delivered to clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the various contractors involved in resolving incidents. This is a key role to ensure owner satisfaction and the smooth operation of the after-sales service. Inspection of delivered dwellings and identification of potential incidents. Coordination and follow-up of interventions with different contractors (plumbing, electricity, carpentry, air conditioning, etc.). Direct client interaction when necessary, maintaining a high level of professionalism. Monitoring and recording of actions carried out. Proposal of process improvements and resolution of recurring incidents. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. Demonstrable experience as a First-Tier Mason. General knowledge of main construction disciplines to effectively interact with contractors. Valid driving license class B (mandatory), as the position requires mobility across various developments. Organizational skills, autonomy, and responsibility. Strong service attitude and client orientation.
