Your main mission will be to achieve the planned sales targets, following the established methodology and operational procedures, while maintaining smooth relationships with customers and other departments. What will your responsibilities be? * Achieve the set sales targets. * Support spare parts sales. * Promote the sale of add-on products (financing, insurance, extended warranties, etc.). * Manage lead reception. * Be responsible for correctly tracking the sales process and ensuring the profitability of sales under your responsibility. * Engage in customer follow-up, delivering excellent service and fostering stable customer relationships. * Maintain your work environment and the showroom’s appearance in perfect condition for customer service. What do you need to succeed in this position? * Prior experience in commercial roles, with lead management experience valued. * Mandatory A2 Motorcycle License and passion for motorcycles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Additional training in sales and knowledge of English are desirable. * Strong results- and customer-oriented commercial mindset. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
