Additionally, we develop proprietary technological solutions that we offer to our clients to improve their management, communication, analysis, and process optimization. **WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?** ------------------------------- * You will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of data analytics solutions within the SAP ecosystem, including tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BusinessObjects, and SAP S/4HANA. * You will provide advanced Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, predictive analytics, and data infrastructure optimization, ensuring clients derive maximum value from their SAP investments. * You will lead and manage SAP Analytics projects: + Leading and managing complex SAP Analytics solution implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client requirements. + Overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle: planning, design, development, implementation, and post-implementation. + Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including technical consultants, data analysts, and client personnel, to ensure proper execution of solutions. * You will design and optimize Advanced Analytical Solutions: + Designing advanced data architectures in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA, optimizing system integration and data processing efficiency. + Defining and implementing data analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP BusinessObjects, customizing tools according to the client's strategic needs. + Enhancing user experience by creating interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that facilitate business decision-making. * You will perform Strategic Consulting and Business Analysis: + Acting as a strategic advisor to the client, providing recommendations on how to optimize their use of data through SAP Analytics tools. + Collaborating with business and technology teams to identify improvement opportunities in data analytics and Business Intelligence processes. + Conducting gap analyses between client needs and available SAP solutions, proposing new functionalities and enhancements. * You will manage Data Quality and Governance: + Implementing data governance practices to ensure data quality, security, and consistency throughout the project lifecycle. + Supervising the integration of diverse data sources and ensuring their proper alignment with the company's analytical needs. + Ensuring analytical solutions comply with applicable security standards and regulatory compliance requirements. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * **University degree** in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields. *Postgraduate studies in areas related to data analysis or business management are valued.* * **English**, First Certificate level or equivalent. * **Professional Experience:** + Minimum of 5 years working with SAP Analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BusinessObjects, and SAP S/4HANA. + Experience managing SAP Analytics solution implementation projects, from planning to deployment. + Experience managing teams and mentoring junior professionals. + Experience integrating SAP solutions with other enterprise systems and external data platforms. #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team**.
