In Spain, we are a team of over 6\.000 professionals distributed across 15 offices. **Description:** Within the CBS (Core Business Services or Central Services) department, specifically in the Talent Attraction and Acquisition area, we are growing and looking for a change agent. This team focuses on talent attraction and recruitment, where you will conduct nationwide recruitment processes for both entry-level and experienced professionals; participate in various projects; develop your professional skills in an excellent working environment; and build internal and external networks. **Responsibilities:** * Posting job openings. * Resume screening and searching for candidates on various social media platforms. * Direct contact with candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process. * Defining and describing target candidate profiles. * Assisting in group dynamics sessions. * Preparing competency-based reports. * Supporting Employer Branding initiatives. * Designing, executing, and implementing various initiatives to attract top talent. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Final-year undergraduate student or currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or related fields.
