DESCRIPTION Rieka Talent is looking for a **Senior Bodywork Technician / Painter** with extensive experience in bodywork and painting of heavy industrial vehicles. This position targets a professional capable of performing structural repairs, surface preparation, and painting of cabs and components to high quality standards. You will work with official manufacturer protocols, specific tools, and DAF-approved materials for trucks. **Technical Responsibilities** * Repair of truck cabs and bodywork components: thick sheet metal, aluminum, plastics, and composites. * Frame straightening, alignment, and structural measurements. * Comprehensive surface preparation (sanding, fiberglass application, filler application, primers, and undercoats). * Painting of cabs and components: two-coat, three-coat, industrial polyurethane systems, touch-up, and full repainting. * Color matching and use of spectrophotometer (if applicable). * Repair of bumpers, fenders, fairings, and panels. * High-precision finishing: thickness control, gloss level, and curing. * Compliance with DAF quality, safety, and internal procedure standards. **Compensation and Benefits** * **€33,000 gross/year**, plus **productivity-based incentives**. * Permanent contract. * Modern facilities including a paint booth and equipped preparation area. * DAF-approved materials and tools. * Continuous training in heavy vehicle bodywork and painting procedures. * **Monday to Friday** * 08:00 – 13:00 * 15:00 – 18:00 * Stable, professional, and highly specialized technical team. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements** * Proven experience as a **Senior Technician** in bodywork and painting. * Proficiency in sheet metal, industrial painting, surface preparation, and finishing techniques. * Experience in heavy industrial vehicles (highly valued) or heavy automotive. * Ability to work autonomously and with precision. * Training in Sheet Metal and Painting or equivalent. * Driving license B (C is an advantage).
