Dual FPO Training Program as Maintenance Assistant in Hotels/Buildings. Position linked to a TRAINING AND ALTERNANCE CONTRACT \-Training and Work\- 1 year\- Full-time. The Training and Alternance Contract allocates part of the hours to studies to obtain a Level 1 Professional Certificate in AUXILIARY OPERATIONS FOR CONTINUOUS SURFACING IN CONSTRUCTION, while the remaining hours are dedicated to actual work in various Hotels/Buildings. Previous education and/or experience will be valued, as well as demonstrated vocation, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn. Essential requirement due to the type of contract: 18 \- 29 years old (or Exclusion Certificate starting from age 30). \* The educational center is located in BADALONA. \* The hotels are located in Barcelona and surrounding areas. \- Provide necessary support to the maintenance manager to carry out installation and maintenance plans according to instructions from the supervisor, established procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and technical regulations. \- Carry out and/or assist in performing installation and maintenance tasks in hotels and infrastructure, following maintenance checklists and supervisor instructions. * Experience: 6 months.
