We are seeking a Store Manager (temporary replacement due to IT leave) for our Sitges store. We aim to welcome an energetic, visionary, and retail-passionate individual capable of leading a demanding and rapidly developing team. **What will be your mission?** You will be the driving force of the store, playing a key role in: * Leading, motivating, and developing the Beauty Advisors team * Scheduling staff and managing daily operations * Ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer * Communicating K\-Beauty values and expertise * Driving results through efficient and hands-on management **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Coordinating the store team, including their training and development * Overseeing stock control and ensuring proper inventory management * Managing product presentation and in-store positioning * Handling administrative tasks: cash receipts, cash register closures, and document submission to headquarters * Ensuring optimal store maintenance and correct implementation of promotions * Guaranteeing personalized and unique attention to each customer * Collaborating closely with your Area Manager and coordinating actions with other Store Managers in the region If you seek a dynamic challenge within a growing company and are passionate about the beauty industry, we want to meet you! **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** If you identify with the following, we want to meet you! * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in retail * Prior experience in team management and in-store leadership * Strong results orientation and experience working with commercial KPIs (sales, conversion rate, average transaction value…) * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Proactivity, autonomy, and motivation to take on new challenges * Passion for cosmetics and skincare * Advanced level of Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus If you believe you are the ideal candidate for this opportunity, don’t hesitate to apply!
