We are currently seeking two individuals to join our Recovery team in Barcelona. **What do we do in Recovery?** Carry out, according to the Company's established parameters, the processing and management of Recovery files, contributing to improving client profitability and cash flow through efficient management of their accounts receivable. **What does the role involve?** * Manage recovery cases by carrying out all necessary actions to achieve payment recovery and case closure. * Open cases promptly and in accordance with procedures. * Record information related to claims (assessments, invoices, incident reports, etc.). * Pursue collection of accounts receivable, requesting required documentation for such claims and negotiating with opposing parties when necessary. * Assist in forecasting collections and tracking case progress. * Manage claims against insurance companies and third parties. **Requirements:** --------------- **Essential:** * Educational qualification: Higher Vocational Training in Administration or equivalent. * Experience in claims processing. * Skills: Customer orientation, results-driven, empathy, assertiveness, teamwork, planning and organization, commitment to work and organization. **Desirable:** * Previous experience in insurance companies, preferably within a Recovery department. * Accustomed to working under targets and pressure. * Advanced proficiency in computer tools. **What we offer:** * Opportunity to join a leading, well-established company in a growth phase. * **Full-time interim contract to cover two medical leaves.** * Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:30, Friday shortened schedule from 8:00 to 15:00. * Work arrangement: The initial training and adaptation period will be 100% on-site.
