Description

At VINCLE – Association for Social Research and Action, we are seeking a Project Coordinator for the Vital Project TG service, a home-based support and community assistance program for people with dependency, disability, or health-related issues. Team management and supervision. Networking and institutional coordination. Technical supervision of team interventions. Report and record writing. Ongoing indicator evaluation. Minimum 2 years’ experience. Experience coordinating work teams.* Experience in the field of dependency and/or community mediation. * Bachelor’s degree in Social Education * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) Competencies / knowledge: Requirements and competencies: MANDATORY: University degrees in social fields — Social Education / Social Work; Psychology. MANDATORY: Experience coordinating work teams. Experience in the field of dependency and/or community mediation. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in communication techniques and interviewing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
