Your Responsibilities Territory Manager for the southern region of Spain. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT * Achieve the sales target set forth in Olympus Iberia’s Commercial Plan. * Promote OLYMPUS products within the assigned territory. * Provide customer support and manage all incidents related to daily operational activities. * Prepare quotations for customers and develop offers. * Assist with customer collections: claims handling, payment terms, invoicing, etc., in accordance with internal policies established for the entire organization. * Prepare and compile documentation required for public tenders. * Attend live interventions to perform product demonstrations (Operation Patient Demonstration). * Conduct customer training courses in coordination with Technical Service personnel. CONGRESS AND MEETING ATTENDANCE * Attend congresses (scientific meetings) or any other events aimed at promoting and showcasing the features of OLYMPUS products. * Participate in division/business line sales meetings where your presence is required. * Deliver technical product training courses at the Central European Headquarters, as well as those organized by Olympus Iberia. DAILY ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING * Monitor and report daily activities using the CRM tool to ensure achievement of defined objectives, track sales performance, and identify business opportunities.
