COEX Manager

Description

A COEX Manager is required for a comprehensive road maintenance contract located in the area of influence of León. FUNCTIONS * Organize continuous monitoring of the road's condition and operation, and establish specific surveillance routes. * Order daily review and updating of the database on the road's condition and operation. * Provide instructions for preparing work reports and reviewing such reports. * Supervise executed works. * Manage the contract budget, control costs, issue certifications, and liaise with the Administration. * Monitor and track suppliers and subcontracted companies. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, quality, and road safety regulations. Desired Skills and Knowledge: University degree in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Technical Civil Engineering (Public Works), or equivalent Bachelor’s degree, with appropriate training and experience. Proficiency in computer tools such as AutoCAD, GIS, or measurement software. Training in Occupational Health and Safety. Residence in León. Driving License Category B
