




Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer-focused Manager with leadership capability and strategic vision to lead a store and ensure achievement of commercial and service objectives. As a SUPERMARKET MANAGER, you will be responsible for: * Leading your store to implement the Company’s commercial strategy and achieve defined sales, profitability, and service targets, while leading a motivated and dynamic team. To do so: * You will ensure and monitor compliance with the commercial policy (implementations, actions, events, theatricalization thereof, and product range availability). * You will analyze and track the store’s performance against established targets, proposing necessary action plans to correct deviations. * You will address customer suggestions and complaints, performing continuous follow-up using the tools and indicators established for this purpose. * You will act as Team Motivator, ensuring a positive atmosphere within the store, encouraging team members’ input and individual initiative, and guaranteeing regular and effective communication across departments.
