You will be the first point of contact for our guests and support various hotel departments, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional experience throughout their stay. Main responsibilities: * Welcome guests and manage check\-in and check\-out * Handle guest inquiries, requests, and incidents * Manage individual reservations and modifications * Process payments, billing, and cash reconciliation * Provide multifunctional support to other departments (breakfast, bar) * Provide tourist information and hotel services * Ensure compliance with brand quality standards Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in Accor chain hotels * Versatile, dynamic, and proactive profile * High proficiency in Spanish and English (additional languages are an asset) * Familiarity with hotel management tools (PMS Opera Cloud) * Excellent communication skills and customer orientation * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure * Availability for rotating morning and afternoon shifts **Requirements** At least 1 year of experience in Accor chain hotels.
