Acting with respect is at the heart of everything we do, and we are fully committed to creating a workplace where differences are celebrated and everyone feels empowered to contribute their unique perspectives. **Job Description** * **Seasonal Demand Forecasting:** Develop predictive models to anticipate demand peaks (holidays, local events, commercial seasons) and ensure fleet sufficiency without incurring excessive costs. * **"Fleet Mix" Optimization:** Analyze which vehicle types (economy, SUVs, cargo, electric) have higher turnover to recommend infleet or defleet periods that optimize profitability. * **Real-Time Availability Management:** Monitor active inventory versus confirmed reservations to avoid *overbooking* or underutilization of assets. * **"Utilization Rate" Analysis:** Calculate and report daily the percentage of the fleet that is rented versus the total fleet, identifying "dormant" units that incur depreciation expenses without generating revenue. * **Logistical Redistribution (Fleet Balancing):** Design strategies to relocate vehicles between different branches or cities based on geographical demand, minimizing transfer costs. * **Pricing Scenario Modeling (Yield Management):** Collaborate with the commercial team to adjust capacity according to price elasticity; for example, restricting long-term rentals during periods of high daily demand. * **Storage Capacity Control:** Ensure storage space capacity aligns with the volume of fleet not currently on rent.
