Continuous training, professional development, and valuable international experience. **WeMoveWise is looking for an international hospitality–leisure leader: a Pastry Chef to lead sweet production and create high-end gastronomic experiences in premium resorts.** **Your Environment** Premium All-Inclusive resorts located in mountain and seaside destinations, featuring multiple dining outlets: high-volume buffets, plated service, bistro-style restaurant, live cooking stations, and special events. An international setting where leadership, pastry technique, and organization are essential. **Your Responsibilities** * Organization, coordination, and supervision of pastry production * Management and leadership of a team of 2–5 pastry chefs * Creation and control of pastry offerings for buffets and plated services * Supervision of buffet setup, presentation, and replenishment (600–1,000 covers per service) * Order management, stock control, and cost management for the pastry department * Ensuring service quality and strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) * Training, mentoring, and team development * Personalization of guest experience and participation in events and live cooking demonstrations **You Are** * A Pastry Chef with solid experience in professional catering * An approachable leader capable of organizing and motivating multicultural teams * Highly rigorous regarding quality, hygiene, and safety standards * Capable of managing high volumes without compromising excellence * Operational English required for daily work * French language skills desirable but not mandatory * Organized, solution-oriented, and customer-experience focused **What We Offer** * Seasonal contract * Accommodation included within the resort * Meals included * Travel expenses covered * Work in exceptional destinations * International and multicultural teams * Continuous training and real opportunities for career progression * High-value international professional experience **Location** Various resorts in France and Italy **Start Date** **Immediate / As per availability** Position Type: Full-time, Temporary Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: €2,126.00 per month Benefits: * Housing expenses Language: * French (Desirable) * English (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
