CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS requires Kitchen Assistants to work in its hotels located in central Barcelona. MAIN TASKS: \- Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. \- Carry out scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. \- Perform periodic cleaning activities as outlined in the established cleaning plan. \- Handle food in compliance with current regulations. \- Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, promptly reporting any issues. \- Collaborate in the execution of menus and menu cards. \- Monitor and ensure proper storage and optimal utilization of provided ingredients. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTS: \- Prior experience as a cook/chef. \- Proactivity and dynamism. \- Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results orientation. ### **Offer** WHAT WE OFFER: \- 30-hour weekly contract. \- Competitive salary. \- Opportunity for growth in a rapidly expanding company.
