Join our BTheOne Program and begin your journey!** Your main responsibilities will include: * Supporting the Talent Acquisition team in candidate sourcing and selection. * Actively participating in employer branding initiatives. * Assisting in the sourcing process, resume screening, and interviews. * Supporting the creation of high-quality talent pipelines using social media, digital tools, databases, and other sourcing channels. * Supporting the definition of candidate search strategies for assigned positions. * Collaborating on inbound recruiting strategies, sourcing, and identification of new channels. * Collaborating on candidate screening, selection, and evaluation. * Participating in initiatives to improve the candidate experience. * Supporting analysis of the team’s KPIs.
