You will establish effective and smooth communication across all organizational levels. * You will proactively identify risks and mitigate them with resolution and innovation. You will define new transformation initiatives with the area to achieve strategic cycle objectives: * You will identify new projects to include in the roadmap, planning according to priorities, resources, and budget. * You will pursue objectives and projects aligned with the organization’s strategy. * You will prioritize opportunities with a customer-centric vision and based on business impacts/benefits. You will drive continuous improvement plans for process simplification. Promote and drive the AI agenda, identifying opportunities within the segment **By now, you’re probably asking yourself: how do I know if I fit in?** Don’t worry—I won’t ask you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements. * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 4-5 years of previous experience in similar roles (Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Business Strategy Consulting). * Experience in consulting and managing strategic projects. * Advanced knowledge of office software, LEAN, SIX Sigma. * Experience in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence projects/applications. * Proven experience in Project Management (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). * C1 level English desirable. * Skills in stakeholder management, results orientation, customer focus, influencing ability, and leadership. * Analytical, autonomous person, results-driven, with strong organizational skills.
