Our **mission** is **procedural legal risk management** in civil, commercial, sanctioning, administrative litigation, and criminal matters \-in this case, the required specialization is civil\-commercial\-. We identify procedural risks, assess them, define defense strategies, and orient our advice toward preventive treatment, mitigation, or neutralization of legal risk. The **role** is performed through: **early diagnosis** of new risks, **impact analysis**, **preventive treatment**, definition of **procedural strategy**, strategic oversight of external law firms’ defense work, **quality improvement and monitoring** of external lawyers and court agents, and **ongoing cross-functional collaboration** across the organization to alert stakeholders of risks and co\-advise on improving Group products, services, and marketing procedures. Prior professional experience in **law firms or corporate legal departments**, involving direct and autonomous end-to-end management of legal proceedings—from pre-trial phase through execution—is required to perform this role. Also required is **high sensitivity to reputational impact** arising from any procedural decision made by the Legal Department or any judicial ruling. Key prior experience must encompass the following: * **Legal representation and procedural defense** in civil and commercial proceedings related to banking and financial activity: + Claims for monetary amounts. + Nullity and termination of banking contracts. + Financial products (mortgages, consumer financing, guarantees). + Monitorial, bill-of-exchange, and declaratory proceedings. + International arbitration. * **Direct courtroom or arbitration participation**: + Attendance at hearings, preliminary hearings, and trials. + Evidence proceedings (examinations, witness testimony, expert evidence). + Oral submissions. * **Drafting and supervising complex procedural documents**: + Statements of claim and statements of defense. + Motions for reconsideration, appeals, and cassation. + Enforcement filings and oppositions to enforcement. * **End-to-end procedural management**: coordination with court agents and experts, tracking of hearing dates, control of procedural deadlines, and liaison with judicial bodies. * **Interaction with institutional clients** (banking or financial environment), providing clear legal criteria focused on legal risk and the economic–reputational impact of litigation.
