What will be your mission? Analyze digital user behavior and convert data into actionable recommendations to optimize customer journeys, improve conversions, and identify business opportunities. Key Responsibilities * Analyze digital user behavior across web, app, and omnichannel environments. * Identify improvement opportunities in conversion, engagement, and user experience. * Generate actionable insights for UX, CRO, Product, and Marketing teams. * Measure the impact of changes, optimizations, and digital experiments. * Analyze conversion funnels (sign-up, purchase, portability, subscription, etc.). * Identify drop-offs and friction points in digital journeys. * Segment users based on behavior, recency, acquisition channel, or other relevant criteria. * Analyze cross-channel customer journeys. * Detect patterns of abandonment and pain points in the digital experience. * Identify underperforming segments and propose improvement opportunities. * Develop reporting and visualizations for KPI tracking and decision-making. Essential Requirements * Prior experience in digital analytics, customer insights, or related fields. * Ability to interpret data and translate it into business recommendations. * Experience analyzing funnels, journeys, and digital user behavior. * Knowledge of digital metrics and KPIs related to conversion and engagement. * Strong analytical thinking and business orientation. * Proactive, autonomous profile with cross-functional communication skills. Tools and Knowledge * Advanced Excel. * Adobe Analytics. * Contentsquare. * SQL and BigQuery. * Power BI or other data visualization tools. * Python for data analysis.
