Participation in international industry events and trade fairs A 5-star hotel located in Siesta (Santa Eulalia) is looking to hire a **Sales Manager** with experience in the luxury hotel sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the commercial strategy, driving customer acquisition, and strengthening relationships with strategic partners, both in the domestic and international markets. Main Responsibilities * Design and implement the sales strategy to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue. * Identify new business opportunities in key segments (corporate, leisure, MICE, and luxury travel). * Manage and expand the client portfolio, including agencies, tour operators, and strategic partners. * Represent the hotel at national and international trade fairs, events, and roadshows. * Analyze market and competitive dynamics to identify trends and growth opportunities. * Collaborate with marketing, revenue, and operations departments to align commercial strategies. * Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking against objectives. Requirements * Minimum of **3–5 years of sales experience** in 4- or 5-star hotels or the broader hospitality industry. * Knowledge of the international tourism market and the luxury segment. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills. * **Advanced level of English** (additional languages are a plus). * Willingness and ability to **travel** and attend industry events. * Results-oriented profile with strategic capabilities.
