Job Summary: We are seeking a technical, hands-on QA Lead to define, drive, and evolve product quality, promoting a culture of automation and continuous integration. Key Highlights: 1. QA Lead At Baoss, we are looking for a QA Lead with a technical and hands\-on profile. You will be the primary owner responsible for defining, driving, and evolving product quality, working with distributed teams and fostering a culture rooted in automation and continuous integration. We seek a candidate with leadership capability, strategic vision, and practical experience in mobile application test automation. What will be your responsibilities? Define and implement the program’s quality strategy. Lead the evolution from manual validation processes toward a fully automated testing culture. Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for mobile applications and integration testing. Define metrics, KPIs, and quality standards for program tracking. Ensure delivery quality across all phases of the development lifecycle. Collaborate with Front\-End, Back\-End, Integration, and Business teams to ensure correct solution implementation. Participate in defining release processes and quality governance. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines. Coordinate functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing activities. What are we looking for? 7+ years of experience in QA. At least 3 years as a QA Lead, Test Lead, or Head of QA leading quality strategies. Experience in large-scale mobile application development programs (iOS and Android). Experience building automation frameworks from scratch. Practical experience with mobile automation tools such as Appium, Playwright, or BrowserStack. Experience testing APIs using Postman, Bruno, or REST Assured. Experience in performance testing with tools such as JMeter, k6, Gatling, or similar. Knowledge of mobile application security (OWASP Mobile Top 10, Certificate Pinning). Experience working with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. Self-motivated, results-oriented profile with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. High-level English (C1 or equivalent) and fluent Spanish. What do we offer?
