Welcome to MSX. **Job Description** We are looking for a customer\-focused, proactive **Inside Sales \& Support Agent** to optimize lead conversion and enhance sales distribution processes. This role blends outbound sales efforts with dealership support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. * Lead Management: Qualify high\-potential leads and engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats * Dealer Assistance: Support dealerships with vehicle distribution, transport, documentation, and logistics * CRM \& Sales Optimization Maintain accurate records and drive lead\-to\-sales conversion **Qualifications** * Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development * Customer service expert with strong communication and commercial skills * **Fluent in Czech and at least one of the following languages: Dutch, Swedish, Italian, French, or German, along with English (minimum B2 level).** * Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and multitasking in a fast\-paced environment **Working pattern:** * Permanent, full\-time contract (40h per week) * Hybrid work model after initial training (1\-2 days WFH).
