Reports to Functions and responsibilities Oversee the entire supply chain, providing support to the planning team. Monitor proper procurement and proactively detect potential stock shortages, proposing corrective actions. Control and validate material shipments destined for subcontracting, ensuring that the logistics department sends the requested quantities and formats. Maintain constant communication with purchasing and logistics teams. Manage relationships with medium and small suppliers, monitoring confirmed deliveries and following up on pending ones. Be responsible for updating and maintaining the planning team's tracking files, defined together with the rest of the team. Have functional English proficiency, as you will eventually integrate into the international supply chain (intercontinental suppliers). Progressively participate in customer order planning at the local plant or other group plants.
