




Job Summary: We are seeking a team coordinator to supervise night-shift production at a food manufacturing plant, ensuring quality standards, workflow efficiency, and compliance with food safety regulations. Cold-chain inventory management and food safety We are looking for someone to coordinate the team during the night shift at a food manufacturing plant located in Sant Vicenç dels Horts. The position offers an indefinite-term, full-time contract. The main responsibility is to supervise that all work is carried out according to the pre-established plan, ensuring that processes meet required quality standards. You will be present on the production floor to guide operators, resolve issues immediately, and guarantee uninterrupted production flow. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring goods movements and inventory in temperature-controlled environments. It is essential to ensure strict compliance with all food safety and occupational risk prevention regulations. You will also manage team performance, supporting colleagues to achieve daily targets. Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams in the industrial, logistics, or food sectors. Availability to regularly work night shifts is mandatory. Technical knowledge of cold-chain product handling and temperature-controlled environments is highly valued. Decision-making ability, communication skills, organizational skills, and a minimum academic qualification of ESO Graduate are required.
