If you are passionate about hospitality and customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Customer Service:** Deliver excellent and personalized service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. * **Food and Beverage Service:** Execute food and beverage sales and service with the highest level of professionalism. * **Dining Area Preparation:** Organize and prepare the assigned dining area for service, ensuring it is ready for the next shift. * **Reservation Management:** Coordinate and manage restaurant reservations. * **Setup and Breakdown:** Perform setup and breakdown of services in the restaurant, banquet halls, breakfast area, bar-cafeteria, among others. * **Billing and Payment Processing:** Manage guest billing and payment collection, ensuring accurate cash reconciliation. * **Waste Management:** Handle and sort waste from the dining area, disposing it into the appropriate containers. * **Cleaning:** Maintain cleanliness of essential items such as cutlery, glassware, coffee machines, trolleys, etc. * **Cocktail Preparation:** Prepare cocktails and mixed drinks with precision and quality. * **Order Management:** Place orders with the procurement department, receive deliveries, and organize inventory. * **Area Maintenance:** Keep the dining room, terrace, banquet hall, or other food-and-beverage service areas in impeccable condition. * **Coordination with Reception:** Manage special billing for meals, events, etc., in coordination with reception. * **Menu Maintenance:** Ensure restaurant menus are in good condition and ready for use. **We Offer:** * Immediate hiring. * Fixed-term discontinuous contract. * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
