This involves preparing and sending purchase orders and samples to suppliers, ensuring all communication is clear and timely. A core aspect of the role is continuous order tracking: verifying supplier confirmations and updating delivery dates, quantities, and agreed prices in the systems to ensure precise traceability. Supplier production samples must also be received and prepared for evaluation by procurement and quality teams. Finally, invoices must be meticulously reviewed to ensure alignment between billed prices, delivered quantities, and agreed terms.
