We are seeking a proactive professional with strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills to join our rapidly expanding project. As Purchasing Manager, you will be a key player in optimizing the supply chain and cost management, ensuring efficient and competitive supply of essential materials and services for our solar energy projects and other renewable technologies. Your role will be crucial in maintaining operational excellence and contributing to the company's financial success. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Procurement Management:** Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with Eosol Group’s overall objectives, identifying improvement and optimization opportunities. * **Supplier Selection and Evaluation:** Identify, evaluate, and select strategic suppliers at national and international levels, ensuring quality, reliability, and competitiveness of their offerings. Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and framework agreements. * **Cost Negotiation and Optimization:** Lead complex negotiations to achieve the best possible economic and commercial conditions, reducing costs without compromising quality or delivery timelines. * **Risk Management:** Analyze and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain, including market, logistical, and compliance risks. * **Team Management:** Lead, motivate, and develop the purchasing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. * **Market Analysis:** Maintain in-depth knowledge of the supplier market, price trends, technological innovations, and potential alternative sources of supply. * **Interdepartmental Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments (engineering, projects, finance, legal) to understand their needs and ensure an efficient flow of information and materials. * **Budget Control:** Monitor and control the purchasing budget, periodically reporting performance and proposing corrective actions if necessary. * **Implementation of Best Practices:** Ensure the application of best practices in purchasing management and process optimization, pursuing continuous improvement. * **Contract Management:** Supervise the proper execution of supplier contracts and resolve any potential issues. **Essential Requirements:** * Senior engineer expert in PROCUREMENT of service packages, equipment supply, and construction companies for industrial projects * Minimum specific experience of 10\-15 years in project procurement under Fast Track modality * Solid experience in negotiating with suppliers, both nationally and internationally. * Contract follow-up, management of Change Orders, and economic control of all contractors, suppliers, and service companies linked to the project * Advanced knowledge of procurement management tools and methodologies (e\-procurement, strategic sourcing, etc.). * Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP management tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.). * Project language: English. Therefore, a minimum English level of B2 is required, preferably C1 * Availability for occasional travel. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Master's degree or postgraduate studies in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or similar. * Knowledge of the renewable energy sector (photovoltaic, wind, etc.). * Experience as SENIOR ENGINEER in technical procurement management. * Knowledge of other languages.
