Your Mission: Be the primary point of contact for guests during the night shift. Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Perform the nightly audit and ensure everything is ready for the new day. Calmly resolve any guest needs or incidents. Collaborate effectively and coordinately with other departments. Who You Are: A passionate hospitality professional. Someone who enjoys silence, autonomy, and the responsibility of the night shift. Proficient in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
