Good optimization of procedures in the production process with improvement proposals. Provide support in new projects or installations. Strong mechanical skills and electrical aptitude. Use of specialized tools and equipment. Preventive and corrective maintenance. **Requirements:** Education: Medium-level Vocational Training in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electricity, Electromechanics, Electrical Installations, or similar fields. **Technical Skills:** Ability to interpret assembly drawings, motor assembly, chains, traction lines, and basic wiring. Proficiency with electrical and mechanical assembly tools. Basic knowledge of industrial mechanics, motors, gearboxes, and variable speed drives. **Desirable Requirements:** Previous experience in similar roles, knowledge of industrial automation, forklift or elevated platform operator's license, electrical knowledge. **Personal Competencies:** Teamwork ability, responsibility and punctuality, attention to detail and work precision, adaptability to site conditions, commitment to workplace safety, initiative in solving technical problems.
