Job Description We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our refrigerated logistics platform. The role will be responsible for ensuring proper storage management, traceability, and cold chain integrity, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards and operational efficiency. Job Description Responsibilities Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of perishable products. Supervise temperature maintenance across all areas. Manage the operations team, scheduling shifts and assigning tasks. Monitor inventory and implement FIFO/FEFO systems. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000). Propose process improvements and space optimization. Requirements Education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) Experience: Minimum 1 year in refrigerated warehouse management or food logistics. Knowledge: Food safety regulations, traceability, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Competencies: Leadership, organization, decision-making, results orientation.
