We are Evenia Hotels, a hotel chain headquartered in Barcelona, with over 50 years of experience in the industry and 15 hotel complexes across 4 countries: Spain, Andorra, and Panama. We continue to grow and currently have more than 1,400 employees. In addition, we operate other business lines including a travel agency, a congress palace, and extensive experience in event organization and catering. We are seeking to hire an intern for the Recruitment Department (HR) who wishes to learn and develop professionally in recruitment within the hotel sector. **What will you learn with us?** * Support in posting job vacancies on job portals and other recruitment channels. * Assist in resume screening and candidate pre-selection. * Conduct initial telephone contact with candidates. * Support recruitment interviews. * Assist in tracking recruitment processes and communicating with candidates. * Support updating and maintaining the candidate database. * Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment processes. * Collaborate on HR department projects, such as employer branding initiatives, job fairs, or partnerships with hospitality schools. **What do we offer?** * A dynamic work environment where you can learn how personnel recruitment operates within an international hotel chain. * Practical training in recruitment and talent management processes. * A positive work environment and continuous learning alongside an experienced HR team. * Opportunity for professional development within the department. * Paid internship. **Requirements:** --------------- **What qualifications should you have to be the ideal candidate?** * Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Tourism, or related fields. * Ability to sign a training agreement with your educational institution. (Duration: 3 months) * Interest in personnel recruitment and talent management. * Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Proficient user of office software.
