




**Description:** ---------------- At **Grupo Savi**, we have a new vacancy for **Electromechanical Maintenance Technicians**, in the area of **Vilanova i la Geltrú**. This is a client in the Cava sector, where we manage maintenance of automated production lines. Work is carried out on fixed afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday. The sought-after technician profile is from the electromechanical field, with autonomy, ability to diagnose faults in industrial equipment for subsequent repair, and communication and incident reporting skills. Your responsibilities include: * Corrective and preventive maintenance of: pumps, motors, conveyors, chains, pneumatic cylinders, valves, bearings, conveyor belts, rollers on conveyor lines. * Inspecting electromechanical systems, identifying electrical, mechanical and hydro-pneumatic faults, and diagnosing their causes. * Dismantling electromechanical equipment and reassembling components once repaired or replacing them with new ones. * Repairing deteriorated mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and/or hydraulic components (fixing connectors, tightening screws, clearing pipe obstructions...). * Adjusting parameters on electromechanical equipment (vibrations, noise, speed...) and commissioning equipment (lubricating, bolting and securing components, checking tolerances...). * Checking and commissioning machines, equipment, manufacturing chains and industrial systems. **Requirements:** --------------- * Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM), Higher Secondary Education (GS) or FP2: Specialisations related to maintenance of continuous-process production lines, including electrical, electronic, mechanical, mechatronic or industrial maintenance fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance of automated machinery. * Knowledge of electricity, mechanics and automation. * Electrical knowledge at maintenance level, including repairs and installations of standard electrical protection devices used in 400 V / 220 V / 24 V networks. * Knowledge of Siemens PLCs for fault detection and resolution on continuous-process production lines. * Knowledge of pneumatic components and operations. * Hydraulics: pressure, flow and regulation; pneumatics: pressure drops and actuators; electricity and measuring instruments. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and symbols, transmission systems and lubrication methods, metrology, and current occupational health and safety regulations, as well as the Low Voltage Regulation.
