Job Summary: We are seeking a nurse for direct patient care, participation in professional training, and vigilance in emergencies, while humanizing care. Key Highlights: 1. Management of critical situations and emergencies The company requires 8 nurses with a Nursing Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Minimum experience of 3 to 6 months. Responsibilities: direct patient care; participation in professional training for newly hired staff and assigned students; vigilance regarding emergencies/critical situations; identification and communication of issues detected in the work area; appropriate interaction with patients and their families; humanization of care. Full-time position on an afternoon shift from Monday to Friday, 14:00–21:00 (with statutory breaks), plus alternate weekends—Saturday and Sunday. One weekday holiday. Gross monthly salary: €2143. Respect and maintain appropriate relationships with patients and their families. Proactively identify and communicate suggestions, non-conformities, risks, etc., detected in the work area. Humanize care: person-to-person treatment and care. Participate in the training of newly hired professionals and assigned students. Assume responsibility for direct patient care in accordance with the nursing care plan for patients under one’s supervision, ensuring their safety throughout the care process. Remain vigilant regarding emergencies and critical situations. * 6 months’ experience.
