Taking photos, conducting measurements, assisting in setting-out activities, and controlling execution. Monitoring subcontractors and suppliers. Quality control and adherence to deadlines. Assisting in preparing budgets, purchase orders, and construction documentation. Managing and archiving technical and administrative documentation. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 months of experience; not strictly mandatory. Internships, first-year experience, or participation in construction projects (rehabilitation, renovations, new builds) will be valued. Basic knowledge of measurements, budgeting, and construction monitoring will also be valued. * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Interest in rehabilitation and construction.
