Job Summary: Trainer to deliver various Occupational Risk Prevention training courses, ensuring content suitability and student follow-up for Fundació Gentis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training in occupational risk prevention to improve employability. 2. Design and develop didactic content tailored to students' profiles. 3. Monitor and track students' progress. **TRAINER - OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION** ***Trainers to deliver various Occupational Risk Prevention training courses*** The Fundació Gentis is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the employability and developing the competencies, emotional well-being, and social integration of disadvantaged groups. At Gentis, we activate the gears needed to achieve full social inclusion through community action, training, mentoring, mediation, family support, and psychological and therapeutic intervention. One of our initiatives is the FOAP Program, aimed primarily at delivering targeted training actions for unemployed individuals. **What will you be responsible for?** * Ensure that course content complies with established criteria and technical specifications for each training program. * Design and develop didactic content and materials adapted to students' profiles. * Plan training sessions and the assessment process (initial, continuous, and final). * Prepare assessment tests and corresponding grading templates. * Define and apply objective and consistent evaluation criteria. * Monitor and record attendance. * Track students' progress and prepare final reports. **What qualifications do you need?** **Senior Occupational Risk Prevention Technician. Teaching Competence** You must meet at least one of the following requirements: * Professional Certification in Vocational Training Teaching for Employment or equivalent, or formal training in didactic methodology for adults (minimum 300 hours). * Documented teaching experience of at least 300 hours in face-to-face format. * University degrees in Psychology, Pedagogy, or Psychopedagogy; a University Master's Degree in Trainer Training; or other officially recognized equivalent qualifications. **We offer:** * **780 hours of online training delivery** * **Schedule:** According to the planned training activity. * **Start date:** Immediate **Join our team and enjoy unique benefits!** At Fundació Gentis, we care for our team as much as we care for the people we serve.
