Opportunities for professional development and continuous training At Camino Barcelona, a school specialized in teaching Spanish to international students, we are looking to hire an SFL teacher to join our teaching team. This position is central to the academic team and directly contributes to ensuring a high-quality educational experience for our students. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to deliver dynamic classes, encourage student participation, and adapt to diverse learner profiles and proficiency levels. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver Spanish classes to international students at various proficiency levels. * Plan and adapt teaching materials according to the school's methodology. * Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. * Foster a dynamic, participatory, and inclusive learning environment. * Collaborate with the academic team on the continuous improvement of training programs. * Participate in pedagogical meetings and internal training activities. **Requirements:** * C2 level or equivalent mastery of Spanish. * University degree. * Specific training in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language (SFL). * Prior teaching experience is valued. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to adapt to diverse educational and cultural contexts. * Residency in Barcelona or surrounding areas. **What We Offer:** * Fixed-term discontinuous contract for 20–25 hours per week (expandable up to 30 hours depending on demand). * Approximately 9 months of activity per year. * Integration into a team committed to educational quality. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. **Location:** Barcelona (in-person) Salary: €20,000.00–€25,000.00 per year Benefits: * Support for professional development * Training for professional certifications * Intensive summer schedule * Training program Work Location: In-person employment
