With over **30 years of experience** and **12 residential centers**, we continue growing with a clear objective: providing **dignified, close, and high-quality care** to elderly people, while also supporting the professional teams that make it possible. We believe the role of **nurses** is **fundamental** in the center’s daily operations—not only at the clinical level but also as a key reference figure for residents, families, and staff. Therefore, we would like to recruit a **Nurse** for one of our centers in the **Girona** area who wishes to join a human, stable, and collaborative project. ### **What do we offer?** * Indefinite contract * Weekly schedule of **20 hours** * Flexible working hours to be agreed upon * Salary according to experience: **28\.000 – 31\.000 € gross per year** * **8 annual weekend shifts** (attending the center for 3\.5 hours on Saturday or Sunday) * Meals provided at the workplace * **Uniform provided** * **Ongoing training program** and access to professional certifications ### **What will your role be?** * Perform core nursing duties with an **assistance-oriented, preventive, and person-centered approach**. * Carry out care procedures, administer medication, conduct clinical follow-up, and maintain required records. * Participate in medical visits and in monitoring individualized care plans. * Provide **care and support to families**, accompanying and informing them at all times. * Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team (healthcare, social, and care staff), serving as a **key figure in the center’s operations**. * Serve as **Hygiene and Health Officer**, supervising diets, pharmacy orders, and compliance with health regulations. ### **What are we looking for in you?** * University degree or diploma in **Nursing** (recognized in Spain). * Additional training in the field of **elderly care** is valued. * Prior experience in **residential care centers** is valued. * We seek a **responsible, empathetic, vocation-driven individual with strong teamwork skills and willingness to engage actively** in the project. ### **Why La Vostra Llar?** Because we believe that **caring also means caring for teams**.
